Hillhouse Creative was brought in to assist with branding the new regional program, working with industry and education partners to promote hands-on science and technology education through STREAMWORKS Education and its spokesman, Professor Photon.
The design elements and color palette embraced simple graphics and bright basic colors that adapt well to the elementary through high school programs. The intention was that the brand would be interactive. Elements are easily incorporated into student work, and “the professor” has appeared in robotics problem-solving exercises, on cakes, and even a graffiti-covered repurposed trailer—all the work of students involved in STREAMWORKS’ programs.
Branding for an annual awards program, Twenty under 20, also features Hillhouse Creative’s design services.
