Account Manager
JOB DETAILS: Full-time employee with competitive benefits
COMPENSATION: $35,000 annually, plus commission based on new business and client retention tied to clear performance goals.
ABOUT THE POSITION: We’re looking for an Account Manager who enjoys building relationships just as much as managing projects. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you’ll guide projects from kickoff through completion, translate client goals into clear direction for our team, and ensure every client feels informed, supported, and confident throughout the process. You’ll also identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and help grow the agency.
HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED: This is a results-oriented role with clear performance goals tied to project delivery, client satisfaction, client retention, and the new business you help generate. We’ll review progress together regularly so you always know where you stand and where opportunities exist. Specific metrics and expectations will be established during onboarding.
About Hillhouse Creative
Hillhouse Creative is a boutique agency that helps nonprofits communicate the value of their work with clarity and confidence. While most days we work remotely, we intentionally come together in-person and online for regular planning sessions and team meetings to collaborate, solve problems, and stay connected.
As a small agency, every team member has the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. We value people who take initiative, assume ownership, pay attention to detail, and naturally look for ways to improve our processes, strengthen our team, and create an exceptional experience for every client.
