Design

When people understand your mission, they’ll be more inspired to take action. We design marketing materials with strategy and content in mind to catch the eye of your audience, keep their attention, and encourage them to join you in your cause.

The Hatchery, Center for Innovation

The Hatchery wanted to revamp its collateral materials starting with a four-page brochure that could be distributed in print or online. They wanted the piece to showcase the imagery of The Hatchery, include iconography that speaks to what happens at the center and compliment existing branding.

People Incorporated Annual Report

People Inc. wanted to change things up for their 2020 annual report and introduce more color, rethink the presentation of data and develop a theme related to their resiliency and commitment as well as focus on the stories of the people and community empowered by their services.

The Northeast Tennessee Tourism Association (NETTA) needed a way to grab the attention of travelers going through the airport and encourage them to consider Northeast Tennessee for their next day trip or vacation.

Design FAQs

All our projects start with the Brand Benchmark service. This gives us a deep understanding of your organization, your audience, and your goals. With these comprehensive insights, we’re able to provide creative solutions beyond your immediate needs that align with your long-term goals and objectives.

Once we’ve completed our research, we dive into developing creative solutions tailored to meet your needs and bring you closer to your goals. We maintain regular communication with you throughout the project, keeping you updated on its status. After we’re done, we follow up to ensure it’s delivering the intended results. We value your feedback and use it to enhance our services.

This approach has proven over and over again to result in successful outcomes, as well as long-term partnerships with our valued clients!

All our projects have milestones built in for review, feedback, and approval periods. The stage of work your project is in will determine the process for making a change. If it’s a printed piece that has already gone to production, there will be additional costs associated with any changes. Digital projects have more flexibility to make changes once they are final, and depending on the request additional costs are typically minimal.

We’re so glad you asked! Yes, we love partnering with nonprofits to provide ongoing services to support their organization or existing in-house team members. In fact, that’s where many of our clients see the biggest return on their investment. Working together over the long term allows us to get to know your nonprofit almost as well as you do!

You own all copyrights for the final files we create for your organization during our partnership. However, we create design assets using our preferred software in a way that is efficient and effective for our team. We will provide native files upon request at the end of a project. If you need the ability to update design assets in-house in the future, please let us know. We own the rights to all non-final content.

Yes, and we actually prefer it! We’ve forged strong partnerships with skilled vendors who are experts in delivering high-quality printed materials and ensuring reliable mailing services. We have high standards and strive to provide a quality experience from creation to production. You’ll have peace of mind knowing we are there to monitor and keep you updated on every aspect of your project.
