The Ask

sharing stories of real impact

For their 2022 Gratitude Report, the Health Wagon wanted to share the heartwarming stories of people whose lives had been saved or greatly improved due to the care they received from the organization. By focusing on these patients’ stories, the Health Wagon is able to show donors exactly how their support helps them make a real impact for real people.

Our Approach

through the eyes of the medical team

Because the Health Wagon is best known for its fleet of mobile clinics, we “rolled” with that to take readers on a journey through the eyes of the medical team. We created and photographed flat scenes to resemble a medical file that gives a behind-the-scenes look at the organization’s services and patients while expressing gratitude to their generous donors.

The Results

bringing care to the center

The final Gratitude Report effectively captured the heart of the Health Wagon’s mission, showcasing its services and level of care in a compelling, donor-focused format. It emphasized the connection between the organization’s impact and the generosity of its supporters, reinforcing that together, they are advancing health care and changing lives for the better.

This donor-centered approach not only strengthened relationships with the Health Wagon’s community of supporters but also contributed to meaningful fundraising results. The report helped the organization raise $132,189 from individual donors, fueling its ability to continue delivering critical care throughout the region.

Brickyard Park Pump Track Logo

Kingsport’s newest recreational site, the Brickyard Park Pump Track, needed its own logo, but also needed to fit in with existing branding. Kingsport Parks & Rec requested an edgy, industrial look that would embrace both the history of the site as former General Shale Brick property and the growing Brickyard community.

People Incorporated Color Refresh

People Incorporated felt that their core and secondary palettes no longer reflected their brand. They came to us for recommendations on an updated color palette that would be flexible, vibrant, and better represent their friendly, helpful, community-oriented personality.
