With your Benchmark complete, it’s time to bring the creative vision to life! You’ll receive a link to upload your logos, files, and photos, and from there we’ll get started right away. We’ll stay connected throughout the month, keeping you informed and ensuring every piece of collateral meets your approval.

Not exactly—but we think you’ll appreciate why! This package is designed to be efficient, impactful, and affordable by including communication pieces that reinforce one another throughout the year. You’ll be able to choose between digital or print options for several deliverables (we recommend a mix!), and everything is customized for your organization—no cookie-cutter templates here.

There’s also flexibility within the collateral, like featuring news and events instead of impact stories for your web content, or shifting a fundraising campaign into a community awareness or gratitude campaign. We’re always happy to discuss how to align your goals within the package framework.

We’ll handle the heavy lifting, but we’ll lean on you for your organizational insights and expertise. We’ll start with a 2-hour Brand Benchmark session (you’ll need about an hour of prep beforehand). After that, we’ll meet for monthly 1-hour planning sessions to coordinate projects and gather key information.

Ongoing communication is our super-power! We want you to feel involved (but not over-whelmed) so we’ll keep you updated throughout the month. We’ll also ask you to review and approve all content. If you use specialized donor platforms or content management systems other than WordPress or Squarespace, we’ll provide ready-to-go content for you, or your team, to upload

We’ll plan to keep things rolling unless you let us know otherwise 30 days before your renewal. Around that time, we’ll check in to review what went well, what we’ve learned, and what’s next on the horizon.
