Trinity Grace Farm Website

Trinity Grace Farm

A local couple donated land to Summit Leadership to be developed into an outdoor venue for people with disabilities. The land, featuring 30 acres of rolling hills and woods, was named “Trinity Grace Farm” after the donors’ granddaughter. When completed, the farm will allow those with differing abilities to enjoy safe, accessible, and stimulating outdoor activities. Summit will also connect the families of this population to agencies that serve them. These connections will lead to exciting events and programs at Trinity Grace Farm. At the same time, everyone involved will receive support, encouragement, and expertise.

The Ask

Share the Vision

Summit needed a website to share its vision with the community. The site would be used to raise funds, engage the community through progress updates, and encourage involvement through volunteering.

Our Approach

Understand the Brand

Our Brand Benchmark process allowed us to understand Trinity Grace Farm as a brand. It also guided our work on the copy, look, and feel of the new website design. Our approach included research to show why the farm is so unique and needed in the community. It also involved interviews with volunteers to collect inspiring testimonials. We also built the site to grow as the park grows. This means Summit can continue to add information as they reach construction milestones.

The Results

Generating Excitement and Involvement

The website allows Summit to tell the story of Trinity Grace Farm and so far has helped secure a major donation of building materials. It will continue to be a useful tool in sharing their vision with the community as they post more updates.

“Hillhouse Creative offers confidence and peace of mind through a well-designed, effective process. If we push back on a design or idea, they are never defensive; they listen, ask questions, and take that information into consideration. They are invested in our organization’s success.”

Working together, we collaborated on a new logo and website that serve as a digital hub for environmental justice advocacy.
